We’ve all heard the old-heads complaining that snowboarding was better in the “good-old-days”. Well, this author has noticed that timeline seems to align pretty damn well with the era of company-mascots like that Microsoft paperclip that wanted to convert everything into a CV.
So if Nidecker’s new, Morph-esque chap “Ned” is anything to go by, then we are so back!
The latest flick from Nidecker takes the full team on a global hunt for snowboarding’s creative spirit. Including a trip to Jackson Hole, Mike Basich’s area 241, and a session at the legendary Avoriaz gap that even scored Sebby K the cover of the Reason Magazine’s 2025/26 annual.
