Most people don’t realise how much work goes into making a snowboard movie. Weeks of planning, life on the road, scraping together budgets, tackling injuries, building spots and editing make it way more of a process than just ripping with the homies…
Well, except this time.
Johan Rosén started filming this movie with no real plan, and for once the stars aligned and everything just “came up Millhouse“. Shot over two winters, predominantly around Revelstoke BC, and supplemented with a stack of heavy Alaska footage from Mary Rand and Taylor Godber and boom! you’ve got yourself a banger of a snowboard movie.
Opening with a heater part from the people champion Brin Alexander and featuring Sven Thorgren, Mary Rand, Johan Rosen, Ylfa Runarsdottir, Garrett Warnick, Keenan Filmer, Taylor Godber, Johan Nordhag and Hans Mindnich this is some primo Friday-night viewing.
