Why we chose the Gnu Müllair Snowboard: If it’s good enough for Nico, it’s good enough for us.
The Müllair is the pro model from Swiss freeride phenom Nicolas Müller and is built to withstand all of his riding – from the steepest faces to the deepest bowls. Nicolas has the wonderful ability to make even his most insane riding look incredibly smooth and effortless, and we’re not saying this board will make you ride like him but… there’s no harm in trying right?
“The Müllair hasn’t changed much over the past few years, and to us that’s a pretty good thing- if it ain’t broke don’t fix it and all that jazz”

The Müllair hasn’t changed much over the past few years, and to us that’s a pretty good thing- if it ain’t broke don’t fix it and all that jazz. The Müllair shifts its inserts back towards the tail of the board to keep your weight set back when you’re surfing through nipple deep snow. The nose of the board is a little bit wider than the tail as well, which aids in keeping it plaining out of the powder.
The fact that it’s a powder focused board that still employs a pretty regular shape means you’re able to whip round and spin to your hearts content without too much hassle. The slight taper does mean it rides better nose first, but it’s mellow enough that you’re still able to land switch.
