Hemel enlist the skills of some Yorkshire born fella named Jamie Nicholls, and take on Aberdeen; we get a tough to call face-off between Milton Keynes and Braehead; and Bearsden bring out Katie Ormerod against Tamworth.

As before the riders have to fit in a rail trick, a kicker trick and an ‘EX’ trick (judged on execution and creativity), with Col Mytton, Andy Mills, Kevin Mills and Laura Berry making the final call on the winning teams.
