Carving is all the rage again in snowboarding – that’s a given. But over in Russia the old ‘Extreme Carving Slalom’ has returned, so we can all re-live and remember a modern classic from a few years back.
The psuedo-philosophy is out in full swing, both toes are pointed down the hill, and there’s a suitably extravagant editing going on in the latest update from a scene which takes turning to it’s most horizontal limits. And while the words might take some deciphering – the pure joy that these guys get from snowboarding’s most fundamental manoeuvre is something everyone can enjoy…
