Growing up on Morava Pico mountain in the Czech Republic meant that Sarka was training from an early age, and she soon became one of the best riders on the mountain. The sponsors came knocking as she started to take over the local competitions, and soon she was on her way to the big leagues.
Shark Bite’s horrific slam in Sochi – which resulted in a cracked helmet – is best forgotten; focus instead on her incredible successes in halfpipe, slopestyle and big air. She’s awesome in the pow too, and has a reputation for being one of the toughest riders around.
