Abso-frickin’-lutely!!
From the opening Lard-fuelled slam section to the hilarious credits, the whole movie is top-drawer stuff. The brothers Helgason and their partner-in-crime Gulli Gudmundsson dominate proceedings with short segments in Iceland and beyond, but there’s plenty else to enjoy too. Not least the much-hyped ‘open part’, for which riders across the world were invited to submit their footage. It’s awesome – part You’ve Been Framed-style bails collection, part celebration of the planet’s unsung creativity and shred talent. Who, we wonder, is the guy spinning it up on the SCUK box at Hemel?!
Other riders who appear include Kareem El Rafie, Leo Crawford, Nils Arvidsson and Gjermund Braaten. Then there’s the talent behind the camera – as well as perennial Helgason filmer Johannes Brenning, the legenday Mike Hatchett (Standard Films) and Pierre Wikberg (Robot Food, DC MTN.LAB) got involved!
