In order to preserve the film for eternity, The Hungerpain Crew have decided to upload their highly successful British snowboard film onto the internet, for all to see.
Following what is often known as Britain’s best homegrown snowboard film- Standing Sideways, Damian Doyle and friends got together to make this banger of a film called Hungerpain.
When you put together a group of mates who happen to be the best UK snowboarders, amazing locations and a video camera, there isn’t any doubting that the result is going to be off the hook.
Hungerpain is being released a section at a time but to kick things off here is the introduction and the opening section.

As with any snowboard film the opening section is what the riders really want and will do anything to secure, just think Jenny Jones in Terminal Ferocity. When it came to Hungerpain’s opening section, it was Rick Barrow who pulled it out of bag. Being his first section in a movie he made sure it was one to remember- fortunately for us it lacks Rick’s trademark 50-50, which regularly made appearances at dryslope competitions.
So next up Rick Barrows opening section.

Tom West’s and Roland Morley Brown’s sections will be up soon.
