Park-focused boards can often scrimp on tech to keep the price down and because, well, they’re expected to take a beating. Not so here. The Sensor is competitively priced yet comes loaded with a fancy lightweight core (blending four different woods) and carbon fibre at the tips for guaranteed pop. With biax fibreglass in the layup, the overall flex still feels playful and easy to control when you’re setting up for a trick.

Likewise, the base is a step up from the standard extruded tech found on most jib sticks. It’s a 7000-grade ‘sintruded’ P-tex that’s tough as nails but still super quick thanks to the inclusion of carbon nanoparticles.

The Sensor is a classic shape with some modern materials and a little 3D tech to spice things up. The mellow flex makes it fun to chuck around on any terrain, and with that camrock profile it won’t kick your ass if you make a mistake – exactly what you need when you’re building your trick bag. It’s one of Tim Humphrey’s go-to decks, too, so if your GoPro footage is anything less than spectacular then you’re all out of excuses.
