SALOMON SABOTAGE – SNOWBOARD BUYERS’ GUIDE REVIEW
This is an old-style freestyle stick packed with new-school tech. As well as the ‘Royal Rubber Pads’ dampening, which helps this cut through chop, it’s got Salomon’s ‘Equalizer 5’ sidecut. This scraps the classic half-oblong sidecut shape in favour of five angled sections, creating extra contact points which help make it grip better on ice and hardpack. So if icy pipes or big kickers are your thing, get involved. That said, the UK’s Jamie Nicholls uses this for rails too…
SALOMON SABOTAGE –WHAT THE BRAND SAYS
The mother ship of park boards, the sabotage gives you the advantage. Built with EQ5, Flat Out Camber and Popster for the edge hold and pop needed to stomp those huge jumps and blast out of the pipe. You’d better hold on to your seat ‘cause it’s about to get wild.
