Back once again with the ill behaviour, the Bonfire Surface pants have been re-tweaked for the new decade. The Bonfire Surface pants now come in both a 4-way stretch fabric and an all-new standard fit texture.
As the name implies, the Surface Stretch pants are very forgiving thanks to the 4-way stretch fabric, which allows you to feel less restricted when tweaking into grabs and jumps. The new Surface Texture pants are equally comfortable as the Stretch ones, but instead of the stretchy fabric, Bonfire’s gone for durable rip-stop fabric.

Even if the pants might fit differently depending on the model you’ve chosen, they possess the same waterproof/breathability ratings and features. As a rule of thumb, you’ll be fine wearing anything with a waterproof rating over 5K if you’re only planning on sticking to the limits of the resort, so with a waterproof rating as high as 15K you won’t need to worry about getting soaked here.
New for this season, inseam kick panels and dual mesh-backed inseam vents have been added to the Surface Stretch pants – features you’ll also find in the Textured Pants. The inseam kick panels add to the pants’ durability whilst the dual mesh-backed inseam vents add to their breathability.
The only thing that sets these two pairs apart, besides the fabric and a few features, is the colourways offered. The Surface Stretch pants are available in Green, Grey and Black whilst the Surface Text pants come in Beige, Blue and Black.
