Roxy Feenity 2-in-1 2019-2020 Snowboard Goggles Review

  • Lens: Cylindrical
  • System: Classic
  • Price: £115 / €129

This surf inspired female brand has come very far since Quiksilver first decided to start their all-women’s line back in 1990 – and we are stoked that the brand decided to not only represent all the fierce female rippers in the water but the ones on the snow too.

The Roxy Feenity 2-in-1 goggles are a fine example of the finesse of the products this brand can make. Roxy’s teamed up with none other than Zeiss guaranteeing us all impeccable quality on the lenses. The cylindrical Zeiss lens let’s just the right amount of blue light trough in order for you to see all the details in the snow clearer than hawk. Not only does it make the details more refined, but the Zeiss technology also boosts the depth perception, which will come in handy when the weather’s being indecisive.

Roxy’s also made sure you won’t be feeling the need to rip these goggles off your face as they’ve made them nice and comfy too. They’ve added a double density face foam and polar fleece, so you’ll basically forget that you’re even wearing any goggles.

If you’re worried about these things fogging up, Roxy’s taken care of that problem too. The goggles have gone through an anti-fog and anti-scratch treatment, which might come in handy to the ones who treat their goggles with less caution.

For the ones who fancy the colourway of these goggles, take a look at the rest of the Roxy line. There’s a pair of Roxy gloves, a Roxy jacket and a pair of Roxy pants to match with the goggles, so if you’ve been looking for a full outfit Roxy’s just gone ahead and offered you a great one.

Tester’s Verdict

Stella PenttiWhitelines

“I don’t think I’ve ridden in a pair of Roxy goggles before. Not that I wouldn’t have wanted to, since I’m all for this female-specific brand, but goggles aren’t exactly the first thing you’d relate Roxy to.

“I didn’t struggle with the lenses fogging up, nor did I have a hard time telling any details apart on the slopes”

The first thing that caught my eye was the ZEISS lens. Instantly, my willingness to trust these goggles went up a few notches, leaving me more confident about wearing these on that sunny spring day.

The Zeiss lens really does its job well, but then again, what else would you expect? I didn’t struggle with the lenses fogging up, nor did I have a hard time telling any details apart on the slopes. The design itself might not be my thing, but, then again, who doesn’t love a little bit of pink every now and then? “
