Everyone else might be enjoying a Christmas break but the guys at Burton Snowboards are still hard at it, churning out video content for the world wide wizzle. This latest edit stars their resident legend, Terje Haakonsen, and a shed load of Japanese powder. Interesting to hear him talk about using a bigger quiver of boards these days. Having spent the 90’s riding a pro model (which tech nerds may remember became known as the Burton Balance) Terje was the driving force behind the powder-specific Fish (which Stephan Maurer recently used to film a whole section) and these days he mixes up a wide variety of snow craft depending on conditions. That signature style hasn’t changed though has it? Terje + powder = classic.
