The Holy Bowly returned to Hakuba, Japan last month for another edition of it’s one of a kind, laid back jam. Once again riders from all over the world were invited to shred with the local Japanese rippers and once again, the setup was as innovative as they come – being filled with bowls (duh…) transitions, rollers and very few straight lines.
Watch young-bucks Zak Hale, Forrest Bailey, Mike Rav and Blake Paul seek out tranny alongside legends like Jesse Burtner, Wes Makepeace and Jamie Lynn. Much like JP Walker’s recent Handplant Holiday at Bear Mountain, (that must have drawn some of it’s inspiration from this event…), Holy Bowly looked like an absolute blast, and we can only hope that features like these start making their way into snowparks that are open to you and I as well.
