Everything kicks off tomorrow (Saturday 8th) and continues through open qualification for the whole week until the finals of men’s and women’s halfpipe and slopestyle take place next Friday and Saturday. Last year produced some classic moments, including Stefan Maurer riding a Burton Fish for his slopestyle runs, and Jamie Nicholls making the final of the slopestyle comp.

Joining Jamie this year will be a strong UK contingent, including the likes of Aimee Fuller, Dan Wakeham, and amazingly, no fewer than four out of the ten junior girls riding at the event – Katie Ormerod, Becky Menday, Natalie Silkstone and Ayla Thindlee will all be representing. There’s also a whole host of international superstars scheduled to ride, including Mikkel Bang, Peetu Piiroinen, Seb Toots, Charles Reid, and Marko Grilc. Should be alright then!
