So, you’ve seen the movie and watched the rider parts. Now it’s time for Jake Blauvelt’s new web series documenting the making of this season’s movie, Naturally.

Episode one shows Jake and the crew taking to the pow hills of Japan for some “soul surfy shreddy pow”. It’s seven minutes of riding, hiking, throwing spins and landing tricks in the softest powder imaginable.

This series already looks like it’s going to make a neat, original addition to the full movie, without recapping over stuff we’ve already seen. It shows just how much gritty, sweaty preparation goes into each banging shot – something that’s easy to forget when you watch the final polished movie.
