The massive kicker on the Rettenbach glacier in Sölden has attracted many film crews over the years. It’s a classic cheese wedge of a booter with a nice clean white backdrop when shooting from below and dramatic views of the Ötzal valley when shooting from above – it’s no surprise that many high profile crews like the Pirates have held late season filming sessions on it in recent years.

Snowpark Sölden are releasing what we assume is a mini movie focusing on the jump this autumn and here’s the teaser for it. Featuring some footage that you may have seen in the recent Boyz N Toyz episode (which is well worth a watch in it’s own right) this features the riding of Mario Wanger, Tom Klocker, Peter König, Mario Käppeli and many more…
