This summer the Salomon team made the pilgrimage over to Oregon for their annual summer vacation, and unlike the average suburban family they weren’t dressed in matching Crocs and beige zip offs. They headed up to Mt Hood for their team week up at High Cascade Snowboard Camp. Summer Camp ain’t all toasting marshmallows and singing Kumbayah, the crew went to stack some steaming hot footage for their new team edit.

Any rider worth their salt knows that to get hotlaps in summer you either head to HCSC or make the long trip down under. The Salomon riders were greeted by sun and slushly conditions and pulled trick after trick out of their stacked repertoire. Team OG’s like Desiree Melancon and Louif Paradias mixed with young bucks to deliver a mix of hijinks and heavy hits up the hill.

Dirty Pimp’s Conrad Yamamoto came out with some of the tech rail skills we’ve come to know him for and was joined by Tommy Gesme with some saucy hits. Relative Salomon newcomer Pat Fava was throwing hammers and going BIG down the jump line. One footers and chest presses were the order of the day for big Bode Merrill who frees the hoof like there’s no tomorrow.
