Despite a lack of snowfall in Europe this season, and the Sahara sand particles that engrossed Europe over the last few days; sufficient snow coverage remains on the Bec. Overall, everything is looking extremely positive for Saturday’s competition and the athletes will get to play with the labyrinth of technical terrain that the face provides.

The FWT Finals ranking points have greater value than the first initial events (to be precise by a factor of 1.25x) and athletes who were trailing behind in the rankings could snatch the World Champion title from current leaders.

The FWT Final Riders will be joined by a talented pool of highly experienced wildcard athletes such as two-time World Champion Victor de Le Rue (FRA).

Heading into the final stop in Verbier, the overall score is as follows:

Snowboard Men
1. Blake Moller (USA)
2. Camille Armand (FRA)
3. Cody Bramwell (GBR)

Snowboard Women
1. Erika Vikander (USA)
2. Tiphanie Perrotin (FRA)
3. Manuela Mandl (AUT)
