Who run the world? Girls. The Girls Shred Sessions are back! This season is set to be the best yet, with five awesome sessions across two countries. The sessions are a super chill way for girls to work on their freestyle skills, with professional coaches ready to offer tips and pointers for locking down new tricks. The sessions are open to all girls, and are completely free! All you need to do to join is have a can-do attitude and the ability to safely ride down a slope. All ages and abilities are welcome, and you’ll be hooked up with a free lunch and loads of goodies.
The season kicks off in Snowpark Obergurgl on the 21st December 2019. It’s a fitting location for the opening session as it’s home of the badass Diamond Crew– the only all-female shaper crew in Europe. The ladies will no doubt be making sure their park is in tip-top condition as they play host to all the shred queens.
Stop two see’s a partnership with Blue Tomato in Superpark Planai, and their team riders will be coming along to help out and offer expert coaching. Make sure 1st February 2020 is in your diaries because you won’t want to miss this one!
Next up is freestyle Mecca Mayrhofen and last year over 70 rad girls attended the event. Mayrhofen always guarantees good vibes and fun times, so get yourself down to the Z-Valley on 15th February 2020. The lucky girls in attendance will get an extra special treat as Kim from Wild Path Yoga will be hosting a special shred-fit yoga warm-up to get everyone nice and loose before they hit the park.

The girls are off to Italy next, stopping off on 29th February 2020 at Snowpark Schöneben. All freestyle ladies with a penchant for pizza and pasta should definitely head on over for a day of riding. If you’re wanting to stack some new tricks before spring shredding kicks off then this is the perfect day for you!
Last, but certainly not least is Blue Tomato Kings Park Hochkönig on the 7th March 2020. Anyone who’s been to this park before knows how good it is, and if you haven’t been before then this is the perfect excuse to head over. Blue Tomato team riders will be at the event tearing up the park and offering their expert help to the girls.
