K2 continue their streak of fantastic mid-season signings with Frenchman Thomas Delfino. Making a name for himself early on tearing up the international pipe circuit, he’s basically been strapped into a snowboard since he could stand.

His recent projects focus more on life off the beaten track, exploring the backcountry and freeriding options the world has to offer. His latest exploits include the cinematic wonders ‘Shelter’ and ‘Zabardast’.
“Joining K2 snowboarding is a true honor for me. Being able to share some strong snowboarding values with such a historic brand. Now I want to focus on my snowboarding and keep creating some genuine content together with K2.”

If you like what you see with this ripper you can try and emulate his style with his set up, no promises you’ll end up riding like him, but it’s worth a try, right? You’ll find Thomas riding the K2 Simple Pleasures. The Simple Pleasures is the only one of K2’s Enjoyer Series to feature a full, positive camber profile. It’s dynamic and powerful and deceptive in appearance. At first glance it looks like a powder hounds dream, which it is, but it’s also got piste chops to go the distance. For those days when it’s non-stop dumping a 2.2cm taper is going to keep your tail down with the slight swallow tail further reducing the volume at the back to keep you surfing. The long, pointed nose planes along the top of the snow easily, and the shorter running length makes this bad boy perfect for nipping in and out of tree runs. Click here for the full review.
Thomas also rides the K2 Marauder, K2 Far Out bindings and the K2 Aspect boot. We’re stoked to see what Monsieur Delfino gets up to in the forthcoming seasons.
