FABRIC | Robin Van Gyn Drops The Teaser For Her Latest Series

A five part documentary series about the merchants of change in surf, skate, and snow.

Robin Van Gyn’s been having one hell of a week. First she triumphed in Baldface, topping the podium in the second stop of the Natural Selection Tour, punching her ticket to the superfinals in Alaska, and now she’s just dropped the official teaser for her latest project ‘FABRIC’.

Working alongside Justin Taylor Smith and Yulin Olliver, Robin is using ‘FABRIC’ to chronicle the lives of “an elite group of female athletes, artists, and activists across snowboarding, surfing, and skateboarding”. Slated for release Fall 2021, the five-part series will be split into episodes focusing on Knowledge, Connection, Activism, Cultural Heritage, and Community. “This group of groundbreaking women use sport as the vehicle, not the destination, and purpose as the fabric that binds them”.

“We’re stoked to see Robin and the crew bring these women’s stories to life”

Anyone paying attention will know that there is an endless pool of talented, inspiring and badass ladies in the action sports sphere, and we’re stoked to see Robin and the crew bring these women’s stories to life.
