The sponsors of our Whitelines November Knockout Tour are a kind bunch. On top of all of the other prizes they’ve donated on the tour, including last Friday’s wildcard invitation to the Head Jib Factory given out by Alex Tank to Andy Nudds, Monster Energy are also opening their arms to us British jibbers. They’ll be offering a wildcard invitation to next year’s Protest Rock a Rail Jam in the Hague at the final leg of the November Knockout Tour at SNO!zone Milton Keynes this Friday. Each of the riders making it to the final 8 will vote for the rider they think deserves to represent at the contest. The chosen rider will receive travel to holland and accommodation for two, and throw down with some of the world’s finest jibbers, including Ethan Morgan and Gulli Gudmundsson.
This year’s rail jam, despite some particularly inclement weather, truly went off with Brits Jonny Russell and Will Smith both riding impressively – Will actually smashed it all night and made it through to the finals. We’re sure next year’s event will be equally as exciting – even more so now that we know that there’ll be at least one British rider representing.
