Just when you got over the earth-shattering announcement of our new Instagram Section, here we go again hitting you with more insane news. What are we like?

As a very early Christmas present to you we have created our very own Directory. Using this handy tool you can plan your destination and accommodation, scope out new camps or shops, and even sign down on instructor courses all by simply clicking the “Directory” tab in the nav bar at the top of the page. We think it’s great, so you should definitely go and have a look.

You can search in directories for Camps, Chalets, Shops and Instructor Courses, as well as our already established Resort Guide. Just open up whichever directory you need and explore. You can browse, search for a specific service, or even narrow down your search. Want a chalet that sleeps seven, with a football table and a hot tub in Morzine? You’ve got it. Want a medieval castle with four heli-pads in back-country Wyoming? I’m not sure that such a place exists, but if it does we’re the place to find it. Each page will give you the company’s pitch, as well as all the basic info you’d expect and a load of extras you wouldn’t.

If you’re looking to shop we can recommend outlets and give you all of the details you need. We let the retailers tell you about themselves and what brands they stock, and link to their social media, so you can see any special offers or events on the horizon that might be of interest to you.

If you’re interested in camps we can give you the low-down on their programmes, fees and skill-requirements. You can find exactly what you’re looking for by restricting your search results to your desired location and riding style, be it All-Mountain, Freeriding, Backcountry or Freestyle. You can also tailor your trip to include whatever extras you want, be it video analysis, tuning sessions, transfers, photo shoots, trampoline training, or the all important sauna pass. We’ll also link you to all of their contact details, as well as their official websites and twitter feeds.

If you’re researching instructor courses we can also help. We provide all of the information you could ever need before taking the leap to become qualified, including what level of qualification you’ll receive, what employment prospects you can expect and the obvious information on the accommodation and social life you’ll have whilst qualifying. Just like all of the other directories we also provide a load of information on expenses, as well as all of the contact details you’ll need to start making arrangements.

The resort guide remains as comprehensive as ever but can now also be found under the “Directory” tab alongside all of the new and exciting additions.
