If you haven’t already heard, the Winter X Games in Tignes are right around the corner, with finals kicking off this Wednesday. Skullcandy are set to stoke out all of the audiophiles in attendance by bringing a whole host of acts to the X Stage, Skullcandy tent in the X Village and of course all of the X Games after parties.
Highlights from the X Stage include:
- Norwegian indie-electronic duo Lemaitre whose current single Continuum was recently premiered on Radio 1 and picked as Zane Lowe’s next hype track (catch ’em on 20th March at 17:45)
- Swedish electro-pop heroes Urban Cone who have been hyped by key taste-maker blogs such as The Burning Ear and EarMilk (look out for them on 21st March at 17:45)
- French House/Techno pioneers Club Cheval, who have remixed the likes of Nero, Rihanna and Vitalic as well as dropping mixtapes for Mishka, Triple J (AUS) and Radio 1’s Rob Da Bank.
On top of that, Skullcandy will be out in full force at the X Games after party at Blue Girl with DJ Blackkenpouperz, DJ Sharkky and Glen on the 20th & 21st and Club Cheval on the 22nd. Beatmaker extraordinaire and previous Skullcandy collaborator Onra will be playing at the Backyard Music sessions at Club Le Melting on the 20th March.
