Plans for a massive Snowflex slope in Ireland took a step forward recently, as the local council gave planning permission for the multi-million-pound project.
This has been in the pipeline for some time but, given the country’s recent financial troubles, it wouldn’t have been hard to believe that it would be scrapped, or at least shelved. Nevertheless, the reality is that the project is advancing, and it may not be long before Ireland boasts a facility capable of producing major talent. We’ll have more on the story as it develops.
