Thanks to the Superbowl and its associated adverts, today is apparently a popular day for watching trailers online. While the teaser for Think Thank‘s Methods Of Prediction didn’t appear in one of the many budget-busting commercial breaks, it’s still worth a thousand shonky dino-reboots.

In fact, this is as far from Hollywood as you can get; in their own words, the TT crew these days is held together by “snowboards, shovels, two white vans, various propulsion devices, cones, cans and combat-like bond of friendship”. As ever, what they lack in deep pockets they more than make up for in inventiveness, whether they’re backflipping off bin-lids or threading the needle between the trees. There’s also plenty of conventional rail-slaying and pow slashing in amongst all the wierdness.
Brandon Hammid, Desiree Melancon, Ryan Paul, Sammy Spiteri and Nial Romanek are among those on the roster this year. They turn the mountain into their playground – and playgrounds into their mountain.
