We’re a couple of days late on Parker Duke’s section from the Think Thank Almanac 2014 – but not to worry, videos like this don’t wither with age.
Parker’s burly riding style is prevalent across the urban/backcountry boundaries – and we get a healthy helping of both right here. From big booter and butter sessions (check 2.01 for a good chunk) to the huge Pyramid Gap method (2.36) and some equally impressive leaps street-side – he goes above and beyond in all areas.
Adding to an already-prolific list of Think Thank Almanac parts – here’s what they had to say to introduce the man himself:
Parker Duke comes flying back on to the snowboard scene like a cataclysmic flash flood or a devastating hurricane; you knew it was just a matter of time, but still you built your house back in the same spot?!?! Well, better call FEMA because this savage beast is a saber tooth tiger that killed the dinosaurs, survived the ice age and is now laying waste to streets, kickers, mountains and Verticoli hair brushes everywhere!
