We just got wind of this awesome montage of controlled avalanche explosions from the Canadian Rockies Highway Avalanche Control in Kootenay National Park. All the footage is filmed from a helicopter as multiple controlled explosions are detonated, sending huge avalanches down natural paths.
What a job.
