Mathieu Crepel makes a few hairy descents in Alaska, filmed POV style for last season’s Standard Film production, 2112. It’s nothing special as an edit, but it’s shot so realistically that you can get a feel for what it takes to make runs on angles this steep. The full film includes Tim Humphreys, Kimmy Fasani, Frederik Kalbermatten, Ethan Morgan, Chas Guldemond, Victor de le Rue, Nils Ardvisson,Anne-Flore Marxer, Gulli Gudmundsson and Mathieu Crepel himself, and is definitely worth a look, as it’s full of heavy descents and sick tricks like this.
