Anyone who’s shot snowboarding video or photos in an indoor centre will know that it can be a little tricky to make them look good. Strictly speaking aesthetically (the tricks themselves rarely suffer), they’re a cinematic nightmare – so it’s all the more impressive when someone comes out with something a bit prettier.
Ryan Bunning already has a great record for this at Chill Factore – and last year he got to work on taking things a step further setting up “a test shoot to see if I could make a video in a dome look a little less domey and maybe even like it could have been shot outside or on a mountain”.
We reckon he’s done a cracking job – with a bit of help from riders Corey Copeland, John Weatherly, Jack Whitelegg and Matt Roddis
