This week’s random find comes from the stunning Californian climbing mecca of Yosemite Valley. We’re gonna call this as probably the coolest example of timelapse photography we’ve ever seen (and that’s saying something given the number of timelapses in the average snowboard movie!). Put together on every pro snowboard photographer’s favourite camera, the Canon 5D Mark II, and with a soundtrack familiar to the shred community as the opening titles of The Art of Flight, we’re pretty sure this video will appeal to our mountain-loving brethren. Stick with it after the music pauses and day turns to night over the famous Half Dome. Like, woah dude – isn’t the universe amazing? As Brian Cox would say, “THAT… is why I love science.” Or does he mean drugs?
