If you needed any proof that pro snowboarders aren’t all just talented but lazy bums who sit around all day in their tighty-whities smoking weed/waiting for it to snow, or contest jocks who pretty much spend the whole winter waiting to drop in for their runs – this is it.
David Bertschinger-Karg bought a new camera (and judging by the shots, a pretty decent one at that) and decided to film a one second clip every day for 100 days. It’s a rad concept and gives us a little snapshot into what DBK has been up to recently, including, but not limited to, riding in helis, visiting Norway and Seattle, playing golf, skating and more.
Talk about leading a diverse and interesting life eh? If we attempted the same project, half of the shots would be of us sat on the couch watching crappy tv, or fixated on our iPhones/computer screens!
It’s a nice idea and we’d be interested to see similar ones from different types of rider – they’d be doing well to be living a more varied/exciting life than DBK here!
