Emilien Badoux’s best yoga poses to improve your riding

Emilien Badoux, Freeride World Tour veteran, is know to have practiced yoga throughout his whole career. Despite getting strange looks in the early days when he pulled out his yoga mat on tour, Emilien knuckled down and kept on going.

Now, with all that experience under his belt, he’s created a series of five short instructional yoga videos that will help the rest of us to improve our snowboarding through yoga. The yoga poses in the clip above are designed to make you mentally and physically stronger, super-handy, especially if you’re heading out for some big mountain riding.
