Damn. Maximise in Quebec are on the warpath right now when it comes to cultivating young talent.
Their latest trick? Eight year old Eli Bouchard‘s double backflip, which is apparently now the youngest in the world (for all that means in a world of increasing talent at younger ages). Much as we object to the idea of an eight year old finding snowboarding “stressful”, this cornered off bit freestyle school at Mount Castor in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts certainly knows how to get results; and judging by the stoked face of Eli when he finally lands it, throwing double backies into powder isn’t so bad after all…
