When it comes to famous parks with iconic features, California seems to have it sewn up. Be it the stripey yellow-and-black of Northstar or the flourescent pink of Mammoth, everything out west is instantly recognisable.

While it may have arguably the best parks, the Golden State doesn’t have the monopoly on the best riders. Tucked away in the far north-east lies Loon Mountain, New Hampshire, home of the Loonatics:
