The annual Hot Dawgs and Hand Rails jam at Bear Mountain brought a welcome dose of shredding to an otherwise snow-starved California crowd over the weekend, with some of the finest jibbers in the US turning up to strut their stuff. Like last year, the course-shapers had created something special, with grass, trees and even a bit of topiary littered around to keep it feeling fresh.
Ryan Paul stepped up to claim the first prize, with Brandon Hobrush and Jesse Paul coming second and third respectively. No, we hadn’t heard of all of them either, but one look at this short vid shows you they can definitely ride. Incidentally, California looks rubbish doesn’t it? Specially as summer is now definitively finished here in the UK…
