Freerider, a new documentary following nasal-toned splitboarder Kyle Miller on his search for pow, will be out in the new season. Here’s the trailer:

By his own admission, Kyle is “a skier first and a mountaineer second”. Hang on… a skier first?!  Bizzarely, the press release attempts to brush this off by changing the quote to “snowboarder”. What, did they think we wouldn’t watch it with the sound on?

While we may quabble over Kyle’s choice of words, there’s no doubting his dedication. Last year he climbed and rode all 25 volcanoes in the Western United States (yes, there’s 25 of them apparently!), and has big plans for the years ahead. Looks like he gets some epic conditions at times, and he’s adament that all the hard work is worth it.
