Hopefully Episodes 1 and 2 got you warmed up, because things get a little more taxing in this latest yoga video from The Health Shed.
The nearly hour-long routine covers many of the muscles that tend to be at risk of injury when snowboarding. It’s bound to get your heart rate up, and by the time you’re done you’ll simultaneously feel more energised and more relaxed. That’s yoga for you.
