adidas‘ Nomad series is at an end for this year! But before they go, here’s one more chance to join the crew for an adventure – as we watch Keegan Valaika, Forest Bailey, Artem Smolin, Alex Tank and Jonas Michilot grab their snowboards, and take on the Trans-Siberian railroad!
In-between sampling the cultural delights – they find the time to warm up in the only way they know how, with some damn fine street snowboarding!
On their (damned chilly looking) journey, the boys jump a train and stop off in Moscow, Perm and Irkutsk in Russia, before crossing the border to end things of in Mongolia’s Ulan Bator. And – in-between sampling the cultural delights – they even find the time to warm up in the only way they know how, with some damn fine street snowboarding!
From near-vertical drop-ins (3.55), to sweeping curved rails (5.55) – it strikes the balance between gnarly and relaxed. Passing off impressive moves as casual – and all finished off with a sheen of vintage camerawork and (fairly) mellow train vibes. It looks like these guys had a helluva time out there – and we’re stoked to hear good feedback from the Russian scene too!
