On an everyday basis life can be quite hectic. We get up, we go to work, we check our emails and suddenly it’s 6PM. Then, your Mum gives you a ring because she’s forgotten her keys and has now locked herself out of the flat, only to find out that while you’ve been busy chatting with her, you’ve also received 35 messages from your landlord, informing you on that your fridge has just exploded and that you’ve basically got the whole fire brigade in your flat now. Once you’ve dealt with all that, the 50 new unread emails await you. So yes, sometimes things can become a bit too much.

Stepping Out Episode 2 is probably as calm as a snowboard film gets, and this is by no means meant in a bad way. This 5-minute clip has somehow got the ability to make us forget all the fire brigades and over packed inboxes, and suddenly feel calmer than we’ve done in a while, making it the cheapest therapy session we’ll ever get.
