The annual Metro Ski & Snowboard show will be coming to the nation’s capital once again this winter bringing a taster of the forthcoming season to the streets of London.
Many of the UK’s biggest ski and snowboard-related brand – including Whitelines – will be setting up shop for the four day event, which will take over the London Olympia exhibition centre from October 21st to 25th.
But the show is more than just a chance to gawp at the latest kit. The organisers will also be inviting some of the UK’s biggest snowboarding stars – including Olympic hopeful Ben Kilner – to compete over a massive indoor kicker.
On top of this, the show will boast it’s very own Austrian Alpine bar – courtesy of the Zillertal resort, which will be pumping out the very best in Teutonic-flavoured electropop alongside its über-strength German beer.
This sweet little setup will be playing host to the weekend’s biggest bash, the Snowbombing Street Party, on Friday 23rd. A celebration of the biggest Alpine festival in Europe, the party will feature the dubplate-spinning talents of DJs TBX and the Loose Canons.
On top of this, the Metro Ski & Snowboard show will host play areas for kids, and ice-skating rink and a massive dump of snow, which organisers are hoping will be used for the world-record breaking biggest indoor snowball fight.
If any or all of this sounds like your bag, or if you simply fancy hanging out with the Whitelines crew, then head on over to www.metrosnow.co.uk to book tickets. Or even better, click here to win them.
