Despite a brief misguided foray into ski racing as a child, Joe Cavanagh has been a mediocre snowboarder since the tender age of 12. After a season in New Zealand, he made the wise decision that being an Engineer wasn’t going to be as stable a career as working in the snowboard industry, and hasn't looked back since. Having worked stints in several illustrious positions including includes shop boy, shaper, event organiser and general snowboard dogsbody, he has now taken to Whitelines to spread his own misguided wisdom among the fair citizens of shred.
