All the white stuff that fell over the festive period provided some pretty plum opportunities for snow-starved UK shredders to get their fix right outside their front doors. Some of these sessions have produced some pretty sick pics – like these for example.
These were taken by photographer Steve McKenna, who came up with the awesome idea of heading over to East Kilbride Skatepark, just outside of Glasgow, with a crew from the Braehead Snowdome. He told us “The park had around 6 inches of fresh in it that soon compacted down to let everyone ride the bowl, using the spine as a rail or transfer.” Nice one Steve!
