The Snowboard Asylum will be hosting the UK premiere of the second movie by YES, the aptly titled YES It’s a Movie Too on October the 17th at Cargo in Shoreditch, London. If last year’s movie is anything to go by, the second cinematic offering from the brand (check the teaser here) will be equally packed to the rafters with heavy lines, massive backcountry booters and even a spot of jibbing from the likes of DCP, Romain De Marchi, JP Solberg, Tadashi Fuse, Clint Allan, Frank April, Benji Ritchie, Mikey Pederson, and more. And if watching a banging snowboard film still isn’t enough to satisfy your craving for powder and the shred, you can get some extra inspiration and words of wisdom from legendary YES co-founder David Carrier-Porcheron who will be in attendance at the screening (and after party, presumably).
Speaking of the after party, Skullcandy DJ’s Neil Navarra and Lucius Brave will be cranking out the tunes while the Plastic Thumbs will be bringing the reggae beats and whompy basslines straight to your eardrums.
