The London Snow Show is not just a great excuse to drool over all the new kit that’s hitting stores this winter, it’s also a great excuse to get your rave on – and what better way to do that than by sinking a few with Whitelines? We’ve teamed up with Winter Sessions, organisers of the quality Chamonix-based Winter Sessions Weekender Festival, to host what’s blatantly going to be the best party at the show.
On October 22nd we’ll be raving it up in the converted Victorian public toilet (where else?) that is the Ginglik Bar, site of many a legendary Whitelines party in the past. The line-up features some damn fine DJs including Mark Force & Afronaut of Bugz in the Attic fame. If anyone knows how to party it’s Winter Sessions – they organise pretty much the best underground festival in the Alps, known for its friendly ‘well-kept secret’ vibe, and its properly local flavour. Last year they also organised a tour around the alps which saw the likes of Rodney P and Jenna G hitting up some of the best known French party spots, and this is the launch party for their 2010-11 tour.
Tickets for the party are currently available on seetickets.com (search Winter Sessions Launch Party) and they’re a steal at £8 a piece. Given that the bar only has a 200 capacity, it’s well worth getting involved good and early – no one wants to be one of the suckers queueing outside for hours do they?
