As anyone who attended the Whitelines November Knockout Tour events last year will know, the first Shred Collective project resulted in a big success, and we mean big.
The double kink rail that was built with the proceeds from the limited edition tee ‘Shred Collective P#01′ was fookin’ ginormous!
To fund the building of our second legit freestyle feature the Collective (a collaboration between ourselves, events specialists FBBB and Moog Royale) has released this rather fine limited edition beanie.
The idea is to create something sick and give it to an indoor slope absolutely free, for UK shredders to get stuck into on freestyle nights.
Once enough have been sold, the feature will be designed, commissioned and built at no cost to the slope in question.
The whole idea is that the Collective provides a way for UK shredders to fund the construction of new freestyle features without having to petition their local domes or beg brands for funding.
Like the tees which funded the first project, this rad-looking beanie allows the wearer to proudly display the number of the project they’re funding.
And while the nature (and the final location) of the second feature has yet to be decided, you can be pretty sure it’ll be sick.
After all, the bar was set pretty high (literally – when it visited Tamworth, the Project #01 rail stood about 5 feet above the snow!) last time.
You can do your bit for UK freestyle and grab yourself a rad beanie here, and keep up with all the latest details on the Collective’s activities on The Shred Collective Facebook page.
