Here’s one for any ladies inspired by Jamie Anderson, Silje Norendal, Enni Rukajarvi and Cheryl Maas at the recent Winter X Games Europe.

BASI trainer and Alliance Snowboarding co-founder Renelle Mortimer hosts the 2nd Annual Sheelaz Slopestyle competition this coming Wednesday 30th March in Tignes, the very place where Jamie took gold and Cheryl stomped a back 9.

Last year the comp attracted 56 girls of all standards for a session on a specially made backyard set-up. This year the action moves to the Tignes park, with coaches and pro photographers on hand to help the girls get the most out of their riding. Renelle is currently the only female BASI examiner, so knows a thing or two about coaching and progression, as well as being pretty handy in the park.
