Loslohbros Exhibit in Notting Hill

Austrian art crew the Loslohbros are putting on an exhibition up in Notting Hill next week, showcasing their customised snowboards and their unique take on street art. This team of two brothers (Andy and Tom Lohner) have been knocking around the UK for a few weeks now, kicking up a storm of interest at both the Metro Show and the London Freeze festival with their live drawing and crazy installations.

The boys specialise in using old snowboards and skateboards as canvasses, painting intricate pictures directly onto them. They’ve also previously designed boards for the likes of Lamar Snowboards, among others. The exhibition, which takes place at the Graffik Gallery on 284 Portobello Road, London, will run from Thursday 19th to Sunday 21st of November. On the Thursday, there’ll be an opening party featuring DJs and live drawing from the brothers themselves, as well as some of the For Boarders by Boarders crew. At the moment it’s invites only, so email [email protected] to get yourself an invite.

If you haven’t had a chance to see these lads in action yet, I’d seriously recommend heading down, as their work is well worth a gander.
