Ride Snowboards have released the next episode in their Because of Snowboarding series and this time it’s the turn of Marco Feichtner to let us into his mind and show us what it all means to him.

The 29 year old Austrian, who grew up in the Montafon Valley, has been slowly but surely making a name for himself. Just take a look at his segment in this years Pirates movie, Distorted Reality, on top of his work in last years Unique 8 release.

Being a Pirate since day one, Marco has earned himself a reputation as a hard worker who sees making film parts as “a job”.

When you can hit the backcountry like Marco, no wonder he reckons the park is boring.

And who’d have thought, for someone that shreds pow for a living, during downtime he spends his days doing hand engraving. Guy knows how to party!
